What to do in case of emergency?
Contact the emergency center according to your geographical location (contact numbers are in the voucher or travel policy) within 24 hours of the emergency. The BIA Travel Assist emergency services center will tell the passenger what to do or where to go. Failure to comply with this protocol results in the loss of any right or claim of the beneficiary.
If the Beneficiary is charged for any calls to the Emergency Management Center, BIA TRAVEL ASSIST will refund such the cost; the Beneficiary is advised to keep proof of payment of the call to request reimbursement, the Beneficiary must keep a copy of the invoice in which is reflected the charging for the call to the specified numbers.
